How do you install WINS on a BDC?

I went to network neighborhood, properties, Services tab, add, Windows Internet Name Service. Setup needs to copy some files (I'm using the win nt 4.0 server setup cd) I get a non critical error UNABLE TO OPEN WINS.EXE retry or exit
What should i do???

are you logged in as domain admin? Setnaffa is an MCSE-4.0 (working on W2K) with a few other certs, too...

Yes, i'm logged in as the domain admin.

HI.

After installing any service/driver from the original I386, you must reapply the latest service pack SP6a, to update those files.

This is true for NT4, W2K does this automatically.
