How do you increase fax ports on BCM??

Hello,
I have a customer with a BCM 400 that has the fax suite. Problem is they do alot of faxing and seems they can only do a couple at a time. After going to "Resources",then to "Media Service Card" , then to MSC Configuration". Here you see a graph of the possible configurations. Theres a "Current" , "Default","Custom1 , Custom 2 , & Custom 3. Each shows Ports in a Maximum , Minimum , License Limit and Hardware limit. There hardware limit is 4 , but the license limit is 2. All the configurations show this. I tried changing / modifying the parameter to change the maximum from 2 to 4 , and I get the error "additional licenses required for this specific configuration". Does anyone know what kind of license this is???Part # maybe?? They have the "Fax Suite".I did not think they were limited on ports or users. If the hardware limit says 4 , how can I change the license limit from 2 to 4 also??HELP!!!!Thank you in advance

I may be mistaken, but I think you'll have to purchase another keycode license to increase the # of ports.
