How do you get voicemail coverage on a call group 1

Have Partner R8 with Partner Messaging. Have AA answer all call. Selector code transfer to Ext 74. Call Group 74 points to several extensions. If none of the extensions answer, would like it to go to voice mail of one of the extensions in the group.

Have mailbox in Messaging for Ext 74 "has a phone" and phantom mailbox pointing to the extension. When calling in to the AA and selecting the option for this call group, it rings all extensions in call group but never goes to voicemail. If I change ext 74 to "has NO phone", it gets immediate coverage but does not ring extensions in group first.

All extensions including voice mail extensions have tranfer return to themselves (#306). What am I missing?



 
Transfer Return was set at zero (no return transfer). Changed it to six rings and now the feature works GREAT. Thank you so much
