How do you get to Hardware using dr5 software on 8x24

I'm trying to install an trunk module on an 8x24 but the system does not see to module with trunk cards seating in slot 4 of an 2-port expansion card. It shows empty. Im sure this is not hard. Please a little guidance! Thanx in advance

No wonder I have so much trouble... I need to add a "persuader" to my tool kit. do I need the genuine Nortel sledge or can I get by with a generic brand from home depot

Help! Help! Maybe I stated some things wrong early; but I would love for our Norstar super techs we have at this forum to help me out on this. I look at previous threads that pointed me to the direction of Hardware set up for 4 port on the expansion card. So, the question is how do you get there to set up the TM on Slot 4 of the 2-ports exp. Also, 401-416 is showing ext numbers under maintenance. Please Help! There is something Im not hitting correclty thats what I mean when I say this can not be that hard I been at this for a while now! Always thanx in advance!

An 8x24 does not have a Hardware programming setting, and as far as I remember the 8x24 auto recognized if a Trunk Mod was plugged in.

Ok great! So, it must be hardware problems with TM or expansion or trunk cards or cable. Thanks alot for the help. But one last thing how is it that the switch sees exts. on port 3 and 4? Will like to know
