how do you fully reset a avaya merlin magix 3.0 system to default

how do you fully reset/erase a avaya merlin magix 3.0 system to default SO all the user names, phone numbers etc I mean everything are gone and with a 5 processor can and how do I upgrade software/ firmware?

You'll see Peek, press the button 2 down from there twice
Confirm that you want to default the processor

That's it? So I go MENU PROGRAM MAINT SLOT type 00 enter demand test ,,, what does "peek" mean ? etc... that will wipe out the phone number id for the trunk lines etc ......will that reset the merlin messaging as well
?
