How do you freeze frames

How do you freeze frames for a certain amoung of time so you don't have to add the same pic over n over again to make it freeze longer making the whole file a lot bigger!?

For what it's worth... Add a stop action on the first frame of your picture... with a continue button.
Or, if you only want to stop for a specific amount of time, add a "pauser" for that many seconds!
Try thread250-62448 for a "pauser" script!
