How do you Format Windows XP?

I need to know how to format my computer with windows xp as the operating system

Howdy:

Boot to BIOS.. make the cd-rom the first boot device.. Put your XP cd in and reboot.. follow the prompts.. XP is self-booting/loading IF you have a legitimate copy ie: not a copy or pirated !!
