How do you force Acrobat 7 to ask for a serial number on Mac?

I had a previously installed version of Creative Suite Premium that I removed from the MAC.

I then installed Acrobat 7 from another CD but it keeps picking up on the old serial number, hence I can't enter the correct one.

Does anyone know how to make it prompt me for the registration (serial number) again?

Maybe a hidden file somewhere?

Do this:
o manually uninstall Acrobat 7 from MacOS:

Run the Acrobat Uninstaller (removes non-shared A7 components- does not remove user created files or shared components).

Then the user will need to manually remove the following components...

/Applications/Adobe Acrobat 7.0 foo/ /Applications/Safari/Contents/Frameworks/
/Library/CFMSupport/edb1drv
/Library/Application Support/Adobe PDF/

~/Library/Cashes/Adobe ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Acrobat.Uninstaller.plist (I think right now all other preference files are removed by Uninstaller) ~/Library/Printers/Adobe PDF 7.0 (this gets removed most of the time by Uninstaller) ~/Logs/CrashReporter/acrobat/Distiller crashlog ~/Receipts/com.adobe.foo.foo

Then do this:

Look for the file: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe registration Databse

Open it in a text editor.

Delete the lines that have to do with Acrobat 7

Install A7 again.
