Can you tell me how to flip a vertical list in Excel. See example below. I want to take a list that is inverted like the example in column 1 and make it like column 2.

Col-1 Col-2
7 1
6 2
5 3
4 4
3 5
2 6
1 7

davesaint,
One way that you might do this:
1- add a column
2- add numbers 1 thru the end to this column to number your data lines.
3- use "Data|Sort" for your data and this new column, making sure to order everything on your new column and make it descending in order.
4- delete the new column.

Do you mean Data > Sort?

Genius - Thanks! This will defintely work.

You could insert a column with incremental numbering (like a record number, 1-2-3-...) and then sort by that column in Decending order. Then after you are done, you can delete that column if you'd like.
