How do you Flash or Switchhook Flash a CO Line on a MLX Phone

My customer has call transfer from Bellsouth on their telephone lines. I need to be able to flash or switchhook flash the CO Line on an MLX telephone and then dial another number to transfer to. Also can voice mail do this for me, if they call my ext and VM picks up, can the caller press a menu button like 1 and have it flash the line and dial another number??? I would appreciate any help in this that you can give me.

Program a recall button on the MLX set, *775, or feature code 775. This will work the same as flash on a standard telephone. The only thing I can think of for interaction with your VM is to set the ext as an auto attendant instead of a mailbox and use selector codes to transfer to an extension set up for remote call forwarding. Maybe someone else will have a better idea.

I know it's 4 days late....but....you could program a single line phone for remote call fwd and then fwd the ext using a * instead of a 9. This will utilize the fwd feature. They like to call it Centrex transfer or something like that.
