I'm currently looking for the fileset containing the
'resize' program. I know it's in one of the X11 filesets but don't know which one ?

Is there a way of locating where a program resides. Maybe something similar to 'lslpp' but on a more detailed level ?

Thanks,
Mon

Use the which_fileset command:

which_fileset resize

/usr/lpp/X11/bin/resize X11.apps.xterm 4.3.3.0

I required bos.content_list for 'which_fileset' but upon installing this I got an error relating to X11.base.common.
So I did an install on only X11.base.common and got the following error :

rmdir(usr/lib/X11) : Do not specify an existing file
sysck:3001-017 : Errors were detected validating the files for package X11.base.common

Install FAILED for the "usr" part of the filesets
X11.base.common

Any ideas
