How do you enterpret error message AUD313

I am receiving the audit message AUD313 about every 15 seconds on the console. After reading the message description, I'm not sure what it is telling me. Do I have a phone off the hook somewhere?

.STAT XX XX (where XX XX is the TN indicated against the aud message)

If the set indicates MBSY then:

.DISU XX XX
then
.ENLU XX XX

this should clear the MBSY indication and resolve the situation.

If this does not resolve the issue, or MBSY is not the problem, then a fault must be reported
