I like to learn how to do the button Aqua. could you please point me to some kind of tutorial where I could do this kind of button.
Perhaps you could write a small tutorial and post it.

Yeah it's a nice effect. To learn how to do this takes a bit of time - but luckily there are some great sites out there with free tutorials already written! Some good ones are

have a browse - there is probably an effect there that is very similar (BTW I think there is a filter in LiveMotion that gives a really good glass effect). There are probably also actions available that do similar things - actions are prewritten lists of commands and filters that can be applied to your image to texturise or alter it in some way. Have a play with the ones that come preinstalled or download some new ones.

In a recent edition of the magazine, "Photoshop User", there was an excellent tutorial on precisely this effect. I believe it was the January issue. You might try swinging by your local bookstore and seeing if it's still available.
