I have a report where the same companies are showing multiple times as they have multiple status next to them.

e.g XYZ Ltd - Status Initiation
XYZ Ltd - Status Launched
XYZ Ltd - Status Post Launch

I only want the record XYZ Ltd - Status Post Launch to show on the report.

I can supress by using the onfirst record command on company name but i need the last status. I have tried the onlast record command and it brings back the same result.

Group. Suppress detail lines, and sort in the order you want. Show details in the group footer, which should be the last.

If the status you want is always 'Status Post Launch', couldn't you include in your selection formula something like:

Code:
{table.field} like '*Status Post Launch*'
