Every fax we send precedes the faxed document through Call Pilot with the plain jane fax cover sheet. Even when you select to not include a fax cover sheet in Desktop Messaging. We have a customized cover.tif that we only want to precede the document itself. The checkbox is greyed out on the SDN Details page. How do I activate that checkbox so I can remove it?
