How do you disable ISS Lockdown

I have looked everywhere for it and looked on all the server help things and i can't fine it. So can someone give me directions on how to disable it.

I have a standard server 2003 server and its running IIS 6.0

IIS lockdows isn't used on IIS6 as it installs in a locked down state that tool is used for IIS4 & 5. What problem are you having?

It has to do with php but i got it fixed now, so theres no problem it was just in the directions is kept telling me to disable ISS lockdown and well now i know that it wasnt there so its all good but thanks for your help
