How do you disable hyperlinks

I am creating policies to stop people browsing local and network drives, which works fine until they create a web address in word which allows them to edit the hyperlink and give them a browser to the local & network drives is there any way to hyperlinks auto creating or removing the autocorrect/auto format options in office

Tools-Autocorrect, Autoformat as you type tab. Uncheck the hyperlinks jobby.

sorry to ask again I know about this option but I need to disable it as they turn it back on again, It is a school so a lot malicious work is done when they find loopholes.
