How do you determine what the limit is on creating Applications? 1

We tried to create a new Primary Script in CCMA and received this error:

"Error: 20533 Script activation was successful, but an Application could not be created because the system has reached the limit. "

Does anyone know where the system limit is defined?

Configuration/Historical Statistics. Look under the Parameters tap.
