Hi,

We already have webmail access but I don't want my users to use the ip address along with the port number/exchange. I want something simple for them to use like webmail.mycompany.com to access it. How can you do this?

Advise your ISP that you want a domain name to resolve that ip address.

If you have a domain name already, create an "A" record in your DNS for something like "webmail", and point it to your public IP address.

Then, have your ISP create/edit a reverse DNS entry for that same IP address, and have it match the "A" record and your domain name (webmail.domain.com)
