hi,

this may not be a java problem, but I need to create a webform which spans 2-3 pages

For example:

contact info on first page (NEXT button),
interests on second (NEXT button),
experience AND the SUBMIT button on third.

any one know how that's done while preserving the variables to be sent to a CGI by SUBMIT button??

I really appreciate your help,
Ivan

If you want to use CGI you should also create the pages with the second and the third forms via CGI (you could also use server-sided scripting for this, but this is not really necessary and a completely different approach anyway). Try using hidden fields that you fill with the values from the previous form (passed via POST or GET, as you sure know) on forms 2 and 3, so the previous values are also in the later forms.

Hope this helps...
