Hello all

How do you create a function? I am using MySQL-4.1-win and the GUI from 'dbtools'. The help say "The DBManager doesn't allow creation of Languages since to do this you may need the libs necessary to this step. Once you create a language for the template1 database in PostgreSQL it will be available for all databases created after that."
Anybody got ideas for I can do?
