how do you create a 1 demension letter/logo rotate?

Hi there, I am in a bit of a push, just done a quickie demo, just sustitute your text and colour,
Basically, scale text to 1, tween to next frame, new frame, flip horiz,tween to next frame,expand to original size, copy and paste the first two frame, hey presto or something..Hi..good luck
