How do you connect two pbx's together

I am not familiar with NEC PBXs and therefore can only suggest based on knowledge of other systems.
Is your NEC IP-Based? - You could SIP Trunk them together
Are they in the same office environment?
If they are not IP-Based, you will probably use VoIP Gateways
