How do you conference this pig?

I am using Intel's CTC 5.0 with an Option 11 and SCCS 4.02.
I need to conference an incoming call with an existing call, using CTC. I have tried every combination of hold, retrieve, consultation call, conference join that I can think of. I can't seem to make this antique PBX (release 25 ) function like other modern PBX's. Any ideas besides buy an Avaya?

Are you having problems on a particular phone line or all? Also, are you able to use the conference feature without CTC? If problem is on a particular phone line, post a screen capture of the TN for the phone...

Thanks for the response.
I am able to perform this type of conference on the phones by iniciating a bewildering string of button pushing, but unable to with CTC. It is CTC that I need to use for my application. Thank you again!
