Ive a site that that uses all 1608 handsets, I know I can log in as another user using the handseet and then log back out to the the original extansion but how do I force it on to a new extension? doing the craftreset to factory reset the phones doesnt help as it retains the extension. Theres obviously a really easy fix to this that Im missing.

Ive a few problem handsets and I can see in system status that the currently logged in user extension doesnt match the extension, the ones which do match dont give any issues.

Any help out there?

Use CRAFTLOGOFF or CRAFTLOGOUT (not sure which one, just test it yourself)

Thankyou.. found it in the manual obviously ... #idiot. Thanks again

Also if you are doing a reset and it is retaining the base extension, then you are not doing it correctly.
