How do you close a form?

I want my form to close when the 'Exit' command button is pushed. What is the code for this?

If you want your userform to go away altogether, put
unload me
in the event handler for the exit button.
If you want your userform to stay in memory but disappear and continue with the macro that showed it, you'd use
me.hide
