How do you clear all messages out of an IQ?

We are using egate 4.5.2. This interface was installed something like 7 years ago. We have never had any problems with it at all. Unfortunately, none of the people who knew anything about egate are still here! There is (we suspect) a bad message in the queue, and I would like to know how to get it out, also how to identify the correct queue. I'm sure this is the most noob question ever, but any help would be greatly appreciated!
