How do you change WP 7 default template?

WP 7 will not allow me to change the default font from
TIMES NEW ROMAN to Arial....

No matter what I do, WP 7 ALWAYS opens a new document
using Times New Roman 12 pt. ALWAYS !!

I tried changing:

The default printer font - nope!

The font via Alt-F3 (reveal codes - double click on
"Open Style-Initail Style" - nope!

Changing the font and then saving as WP7US.WPT - nope!
Not permitted....

How can I get WP 7 to open a new document in ARIAL, 10 pt. ???

This is driving me nuts!

I figured it out by accident!

FILE | PRINT | PRINTER tab | INITIAL FONT | CHOOSE

This will now make all new documents come up with the
font you chose as the DEFAULT, not that
*#^@(^$% Times New Roman !
