How do you Change the Published IP Addres

I have 47 BCM's and I just did an inventory and 3 of them show that there Published IP Address is set to 1 but they should be set to 2. I hve tried to change them, but as soon as I go to another item and go back, they are back the way they were. I need to change them so i2050 IP phone will work.

If you logon to the BCM and click on the word IP telephony you will find the published IP address of the BCM.

It wont let me change the Published IP Address. I change it and it goes right back to the way it was.

You have nade changes to the IP address or something that requires a reboot.


After you change the published IP address you will need a reboot
