We need to change the name of a filesystem. Is it possible to change the name and keep the data intact?
Thanks

hi,
name of jfs = mount point

1) unmount fs ( umount /old )
2) use "smitty jfs" or chfs command ( chfs -m /new /old )
3) mount /new
4) [optional] rmdir /old

bye
