How do you change the IE ICON?

I've read where you can change the spinning globe in the upper right hand corner of IE 5.0 browser. Does anyone know how to do it?<br>

You need to get the Internet Explorer Administration Kit, in that you can change almost anything in the way of how the browser looks.<br>

Also, its built into Windows 2000 and their new Group policies.<br>
<br>
