How do you change ARS Table 28?

Hi. I have a Merlin Magix 2.0. I’m trying to modify the ARS tables for 411 calls. I printed a report and I see that 411 is in table 28. How do you strip digits and/or change the pool for table 28? When I go to “Tables -> ARS-> SubA Absorb” it only lets me change tables 1-26. I went to “Tables ->ARS -> (next) -> SpeclNumber” but those options were not there either.
