How do you change a users Display name in Groupwise 6

How do you change a users Display name in Groupwise 6. The user's display name reads First Last, Last
I have checked the groupwise properties for this one user and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

Tell us more, is it a new user? Was it ever right? Where does it show that name? In GW View? Have you done a sychronize on the user and/or post office? Have you done any of the mailbox utilities?

The user was set up before I started looking after the system. The double surname bit is shown in the Groupwise address book, and on any emails he sends to other users?
