Hi everybody,

I have a database with a number of bound forms, and was wondering if there was an easy way to have a button which cancelled the new record (if they were adding) or updates made (if they were amending the current record).

This doesn't seem to be covered in the MS web site, numerous code sample databases or Access programming books I have read. Any help would be much appreciated.

if you use the wizard to create a command button one of the options under record operations is an undo button just use that.
good luck
