How do you BURST a report into individual files?

I need to burst a report into individual files in Crystal 9 or 10.

I want to create a report.
Run it once!
Create multiple PDFs.
One PDF per person (IE group on person).
E-mail the PDFs to each person.

Is this possible without going to a thrid party add-on?

Ido's tool is very sweet, but I need to know if this can be done WITHOUT an add-on product.

If you take the time to write an application like Ido did, sure its possible.

Ido only wrote the application because it provides functionality not readily available in crystal as a stand alone tool.
