We want to run a Corporate Directory Spreadsheet but we want to exclude some of the extensions (some of the VIPs). The guy that used to do it isn't there anymore and the OTM was rebuilt from scratch last year. Is it under the Directory Options for each Station? Thanks

How do you block extensions from the OTM Corporate Directory

Never played too much with OTM other than installing it from a vendor point of view so know how to get it working not sure if you can exclude users (You probably can I just dont know how). However you could do it manually quite easily and is covered in an older post:
Can't you just go to each VIP profile and uncheck "Include in Corporate Directory report"?
