How do you blank a Presence entry?

My customer has UC Suite but doesn't use presence. When set up initially, the presence states are blank but someone has messed around and set some to "In The Office". The user hates this and wants them reset to blank but there isn't a blank option in the drop down list. Does anybody know a way to do this?
 
See if any of the options in MB 20-58, or 20-59 will do what you want.

So if I create a custom setting with say just a space in there, will it then show up in the dropdown box (and will any resets be needed to do this)?
 
I do not believe any resets will be required. If it's a SL2100, just disconnect then reconnect from PCPro or WEBpro
