How do you backup windows address book?

How do you backup windows address book and can you share the cantacts with other computers on the network? an this be done ? i realy need a backup

The Windows Address book is stored as a *.wab file. You can just copy the file to your backup media. Or you can open the address book then use File, Export.....

You might want to export it to a floppy to have as backup. It was possible in earlier versions to save it in CSV and those files were capable of importing into other machines.

And while you are at it, you might want to save cookies and favorites to the same media. Saves a lot of time getting back to "as was" when things go bump.
