How do you attach FlASH videos to bottom of browser window?

How do you attach FLASH videos to bottom of browser window?

I can't find anything about how to do this. I'm not really a programmer, I'm just a graphic/web designer that knows some basic Actionscript and HTML. I've seen sites that have it, such as

http://www.flvhosting.com/.

If anyone could help or point me in the right direction I would be eternally greatful.

Separate from the rest of the page (as a child of the body element) you create a holder that is absolutely positioned to the bottom of the screen and transparent and holds the flash movie. It's pretty straightforward.

The other thing is that I closed the page in horror because that is one of the more obnoxious things I have experienced on a website.
