How do you Apply Patches to BCM50 r1.0 ?

I am new to nortel and need some assistance with applying patches. My former telco guy accidently did a level 2 restart which erased all programming, keycodes and patches. I have since reinstalled my keycodes from lic file and I would like to update my BCM50 1.00.2.04j.
I have what I think are these three patches:

BCM050.SU.System.008-200806-1.0-1.0
BCM050.154-SOFTWARE-MANAGEMENT-1.4-1.1
BCM050.191-CORE-10.3-1.0

When I try to install SU8 I get this message:

WARNING: Please apply the software-managment-flag update prior to installing the BCM050.SU.System.008-200806 update

What other patches if any do I need?
All suggestions are welcomed.

if u read the readme files that come w/ the patches, it'll tell u what the patch dependencies are.

I did read the readme file. As far as I know SU8 should require no dependencies. Readme file also does not indicate any as well. I'm unable to get past this point on my own. SU8 is a patch that replaces all prev. SU updates so I don't know why this will not work.

just reread your thread. load patch .154 first

Loading .154 first was the fix. This enables the BCM50 to load SU8 and subsequently .191 Core as well. Thanks Dasheen for the tip.
