How do you add a Skillset to show up in RCC

Some good step by steps if can, both customer and I have gone over the manuals.....where we think it's simple we cannot seem to figure it out.

You don't have to add it in the RCC. As soon as the Skillset takes a call & the info is collected in the data base you will see it in your RCC stats.

As well you need to include that skillset in the account you're using to access the RCC.
If you use the "admin" account it will add it automatically but not in all the other accounts you have created.
