How do you access Feature 983 on BCM 7316 set? 3

Can go to call pilot and manage mailboxes...but it is often easier to go through a set but it doesn't seen to be recognized

What software version of BCM are you dealing with? This feature was not possible with 3.X systems.

What is being displayed on the screen when you dial FEATURE 9 8 3, or 9 8 1, or 9 8 0?

You should be able ot get in via the 7316 set....

Will only work on a system that is 4.0 or higher or a bcm50. Ynot13 is correct, if it's a 400/200 3.x system F983 will not work.
