How do we change the screensaver of a Mitel 6930w IP phone on the Mitel MiVoice Business 10.1 EX Controller platform?

Hi,

So I'm fairly new to Mitel and I've got no idea how to change the screensaver on a 6930W phone running on Mitel MiVB 10.1 on the EX-Controller.

Could someone help me out?

Are you using IP phone software server for the configuration file?

in the system administration tool go to Users and Devices, Advanced Configuration, Phone Applications Update.
When you're in this form, click the large ? at the top of the screen and it should show you the help docs.

Branding-6930.png - you'll need to play with the file size to get it to display right on the phone.

ScreenSaver-6930.zip - this can contain 2 or 3 images that are extracted on the phones and should cycle through them.

The help will show you the dimensions needed for each phone. Pay attention to the Conditions section.
