How do we change the Main System Greeting ?

How do we change the Main System Greeting in a Norstar Plus Meridian System we have in our office? We have all the manuals on the systems but nowhere can we find how to change the greeting a caller gets when they reach our office number. We do not have the administrator or system password.

You need to know the "Service Maintenance" password, and the SM ID of the main greeting/menu that you want to change. What type of Voicemail do you have for each?
