I can't figure out how to Track my TCP/IP Packets??? If anyone knows how would u respond?

I am assuming that you are talking about traffic (packets) to and from your machine or on a Lan segment. There are various tools out there including Microsoft's Network Monitor: I found a pretty useful shareware/demo utility called Comm View available from : it's really easy to use and has plenty of facilities to filter packets etc. It also includes help on general packet tracing subjects.
