the 1-800-call-aix number is good in us only. The order of AIX ML does not cost a fee. once you call this number and ask them about pserv. This is a free service where you can work with AIX support on valid issue.

but a Media Fee of US$ 50 is withheld after

there are users that have used pserv without any cost.
