How do "hyperlink" to a prewritten vbscript that requires a parameter?

I have a VBScript file that requires a parameter. It works perfectly from a command line prompt. Is there any EASY way to teach a very basic FrontPage user to "call" this script and pass it a parameter based on the link clicked??
