How do I warp text so it fills a circle inside using Illustrator

I've a logo thats 2 words long, they want it so it fits inside a circle perfectly, therefore the text must warp to follow the line of the circle, can anyone help?

...try the envelope function with a circle above text or the warp function set to bulge...

...object > envelope distort...
