How do I VPN with Linksys BEFW11S4 and ZoneAlarm??

I'm new here and impressed with the mass amount of information!
My problem is trying to set up VPN to use over the internet with my BEFW11S4 router and ZoneAlarm firewall.
My systems are all Windows XP Pro now, 2 wireless laptops, 1 wireless desktop, and my main computer hardwired...this is the one I want to set up as the server....the rest will be clients.
I've tried a few times to set it up (VPN) but could never get it to work properly. I need step by step instructions if possible.

That will get you started on the server side, click on the start button at the top of the page and you can navigate the menu to the client setup. Should be a good start, anyway. There are many other sources on the web, I like that one because it has nice screen shots.

If you have questions as you get into it a bit, post back.

I've done everything except program the Linksys BEFW11S4 router......not exactly sure how to do this part.
