I am writing an application in AccessXP that will allow department managers to add certain userids to an approved user list who will be allowed access to the application.
In our system, the Alias in the Outlook Global Address List (opened when I click on To in a new mail message) is the userid. Since everyone in the organization has email, I would like to force the department managers to select from a combobox populated from outlook's Global Address List when they add a new userid.
Which Outlook object do I instantiate to retrieve such a list? Thanks in advance for any help and/or suggestions!
